Where can I do the Sweat and Go workouts?EVERYWHERE. You can train at home, outside, a hotel room or the gym - wherever you are. Our workouts are designed to accommodate a wide range of variations and are coordinated with each other, that means you can go to the gym on Monday and train at home on Tuesday.

Do I need equipment?No - but if you have something – take advantage of it! We offer 3 different workout variations based on the equipment you have: One just consists of bodyweight movements. One consists of movements that include bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells. And one consists of movements that include bodyweight and a pair of dumbbells and equipment you find in a gym.

Can I vary between the gym, dumbbell and bodyweight program?YES. Our workouts are coordinated with each other, that means you can go to the gym on Monday and train at home on Tuesday.

What if I can't use the recommended weight?Use a weight that’s manageable for you. Replace movements you can’t do with those you can, the instructions for this are in the workout.

What about nutrition and well being?To accomplish your health goals faster we have a blog where we post articles on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to support you. We just do not post a meal plan, we want you to develop a healthy relationship to food by understanding its advantages and disadvantages.
